les jus de mots – illustrated puns

Une oreille divergente écoute parfois mieux. Depuis l’enfance, je décode le langage à tort et de travers. De ces contresens décalés est née une collection d’expressions «génétiquement momifiées», un florilège de lapsus poétiquement correctes.
Les jus de mots, ce sont des recueils illustrés à la main, pour se bidonner à corps joie. Une célébration de l’absurde, un hommage à l’imaginaire belge, un jeu pour l’oreille et l’œil.
Aujourd’hui, ils s’éparpillent en 4 volumes de 64 pages, affiches, cartes et t-shirts à porter à fleur de peau. Un projet né pour garder le moral dans les choses-chouettes et rire à gorge d’employé. À partager sans modération. Faites pisser le mot…(en jus).

“Les Jus de Mots” is a playful project born from misheard words and language quirks. Since childhood, I’ve decoded words differently – and that’s where my Belgian humour sneaked in. It became a collection of poetic slips, twisted idioms, and illustrated puns that make language dance in unexpected ways.
These hand-drawn creations celebrate absurdity and surrealism through books, posters, cards, and t-shirts – to read, display, or wear close to your skin. A project made to laugh out loud and think quietly. Share it without moderation – « let it grow » and « spray » the word.
